1. Age & Capacity

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I am entering this agreement voluntarily, of sound mind, and without coercion.

2. Informed Consent

I understand that BDSM activities may involve physical, psychological, and emotional risks, including but not limited to marks, bruising, abrasions, muscle strain, emotional distress, or other injury. I have had the opportunity to ask questions, negotiate limits, and give informed, enthusiastic consent.

3. Limits & Safe words

I have clearly communicated my hard limits, soft limits, and boundaries. I understand and agree to use the agreed-upon safe word at any time to pause or stop the scene. I understand that consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Health Disclosure

I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, injuries, mental health considerations, allergies, or triggers that could affect my participation or safety. I understand that failure to disclose such information increases risk and releases the Facilitator from responsibility for undisclosed conditions.

5. Intoxicants

I affirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs that would impair my judgment or ability to consent. I agree not to use intoxicants before or during the session unless explicitly negotiated and agreed upon in advance.

6. No Guarantees

I understand that while reasonable care and risk-aware practices will be used, no activity is risk-free, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in BDSM activities within the dungeon, including risks arising from my own actions or reactions.

8. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Dungeon, the Facilitator, and any associated parties from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct (where applicable by law).

9. Aftercare

I understand that aftercare is an important part of BDSM scenes. I have discussed my aftercare needs and agree to communicate openly if additional support is needed.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all parties. No photos, recordings, or sharing of identifying information will occur without explicit prior consent.
